Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services CMS has developed the ICD-9-CM to and from ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS General Equivalence Mappings to make converting from ICD-9-CM to or from ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS easier. Their ICD-10 page has information and data about the transition.
