Dana Goldman is a Distinguished Professor of Public Policy, Economics, and Pharmacy at the University of Southern California where he holds the Leonard D. Schaeffer Director's Chair. Goldman is also a Research Associate in the NBER's programs in Health Care and Health Economics.

Goldman is one of the founding editors of the Forum for Health Economics and Policy and has served on the editorial boards of Health Affairs, B.E. Journals of Economic Analysis and Policy, and the RAND Journal of Economics, among others. He is a health policy advisor to the Congressional Budget Office and an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine. He is also the 2009 recipient of the Eugene Garfield Economic Impact Prize, the MetLife Foundation's Silver Scholar Award, and AcademyHealth's Alice Hersh Award. |
